Tab out of TF2, where you see Steam Cilent WebHelper, set the output to Line 1. Make sure to also change the output to the default option, not Line 1. If you want to include audio from a media player, you would need to select the CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) as the audio device within the media player or software where the audio is being played from.
